The Integrated Bar solution was initially created to predictably transition existing acrylic hybrid patients to zirconia. Most patients with acrylic hybrids do not have enough implants or implants at the right location to predictably convert to this higher esthetic option. Inter-implant span for standard zirconia hybrids should not exceed 18mm or 12mm at the distal extension. The added rigid support of the Integrated Bar means more cases can be zirconia!
