Regular Scheduled South Florida Courier Pick-ups

  • Pick-ups scheduled BEFORE 1:00 PM will be made the SAME business day between 1:00 and 5:00 PM
  • If the pick-up location closes before 5:00 PM please let us know so we can try to arrange a sooner pick-up time
  • Pick-ups scheduled AFTER 1:00 PM will be made the NEXT business day between 9:00 AM and Noon
  • If the pick-up location will be closed at any time during your pick-up time, please let us know so we can work around those times

Same Day/Next Day Denture Repairs

  • Calls for same day repairs must be made before 10:00AM
  • Office must indicate that SAME DAY DENTURE REPAIR is needed
  • Repairs will be approved or disapproved for delivery on the phone based on your office’s description of repair. Approval CAN be changed once we receive the case if we find the repair to be more extensive than described

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Working times DO NOT include transit days to or from Peterson Dental lab
  • All cases are delivered by 5:00PM on the day requested on the RX unless specified
  • We can accommodate cases needed sooner than standard working times normally. If a case is needed sooner than the working times, please call and speak to Colette regarding the Delivery date and time. Additional charges may apply.
  • If your office will be closed for an extended amount of time, please notify us so we can make sure to hold any outgoing cases
