Case Packaging & Sending
Please take care in packaging your cases so that we may deliver a quality case and the service your deserve. Broken models will result in less predictable and ill-fitting prosthetics, which mean a new impression. Our service to you and your patient are most important to us.
Steps for sending a case:
- Disinfect all case materials, place in bag and seal.
- Wrap all models individually with bubble wrap.
- Fill excess space. No extra space should be in bag or box to prevent movement in shipping.
- All photos need to be placed in plastic seal bag.
- All crowns, bridges, shade tabs, USBs need to be placed in a small separate container.
- Articulator & face-bow: please ship all models off articulators and wrapped individually. Please wrap face-box separately.

Contact us if you do not have proper shipping supplies and we will assist you. If you are a new customer please call the lab at 561-272-6662 and we will send you a starter kit with everything you will need to send your first case.

In Office Pick-Up
Our laboratory provides daily pick-up and delivery services in the Tri-County area of South Florida. Set-Up a DDX account (Link this to our DDX page) or call us today and to receive instructions on schedule pick-ups. All pickups are free and deliveries are $7. Please contact Sales to find out how to qualify for free shipping!
UPS & FedEx
Peterson Dental Laboratory provides standard ground shipping, one way on all cases for $7. If you require a faster turnaround time than ground shipping will allow, we will provide second day or next day air for a small fee. Please contact our office to find out how to qualify for free shipping.

How do I get started with Peterson Dental Laboratory?
Call us at 561-272-6662 or fill out the contact us form and we will send you a welcome kit.
If you need to get started right away, you can download a printable Rx and shipping label. Then call 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule a pick up.
Can I schedule a pick up through DDX?
For standard ground shipments, please call 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule a pickup. If you have a rush case please call 1-561-272-6662 before the case is shipped. An additional fee will be added to all rush cases.
Can someone from the lab come to my office?
Yes. A sales associate will be more than happy to visit and explain our products and services. Email Wayne@PetersonDentalLab.com to schedule an appointment.
Can I track my cases through DDX?
Yes. All incoming cases get uploaded to your personal DDX Account.
Is there a DDX “How To Video”?
