Title Dental Laboratory CADCAM Technician
Job Information

We are looking for technicians skilled in all areas of the dental laboratory for this highly sought after entry-level position in the CAD (computer aided design) / CAM (computer aided milling) department. The main operations of the department are designing restorations and operating mills though the use of CAM software. This is an extremely important position in the digital dental industry.

The CAD/CAM department team members are the hands that move the majority of our cases though the facility. Their responsibilities include scanning, design, milling, refinement and staining. This demanding and fast-paced team is responsible for almost all restorations in our facility. Fast turnaround times and high quality restorations are required in the CADCAM department processes, making this position both challenging and rewarding.

A Fixed Prosthetics Specialist is a master craftsman and is experienced in all areas of the restorative processes, including but not limited to Computer Aided Design (CAD), COMPUTER Aided Milling (CAM), Model and Die, Wax, Finishing, Implants, Stain and Glaze, and all ceramic processing techniques.

The Fixed Prosthetic Specialists are the backbone of Peterson Dental Laboratory. This is an extremely important position because of the experience needed in a wide variety of processes and materials. Job Information

A Removable Prosthetics Manager is a master technician familiar with all forms of removable restorations and is very familiar with all removable processes, including Set ups, waxing, IvoBase Processing, Finishing, Implant, and materials. This position is responsible for all operations of the removable department at Peterson Dental Lab.

Peterson Dental Laboratory Managers possess strong Leadership and Management skills. Communication both internally within the removable department and externally between supporting departments is key to a successful team. Communication with management on process and techniques enables an increase in quality and efficiency, which we value tremendously. The department managers also serve as treatment advisors and materials experts that communicate with our clients, guiding them to a successful and predictable prosthetic outcome.
